Capacities of our modern 100,000 square foot facility:

  • Chrome plating - Up to 45' length, 38" diameter, maximum weight 20,000 lbs
  • Polishing - Up to 45' length, 48" diameter
  • Honing - Up to 40' length on most sizes, from 3/8" to 36" diameter
  • Grinding - Up to 160" length, 28" diameter
  • Machining - Up to 20' length, 50" diameter
  • Spray Booth
    • OD - 45' length, 1/2" to 30" diameter
    • ID - 48" length, 2" to 48" diameter
  • Shot-Peening - Up to 210" length, maximum OD of 20" (though custom work specifications possible)
  • PTAW - Up to 8" length,
    • ID - 2-1/2" to 48"
    • OD - application capacities still being realized
    • We have worked on OD of 30" and up to 36' in length
    • Table-top units for large flat applications as well
  • Hydraulics - Maximum weight 20,000 lbs.
    • Specializing in the larger cylinders repairs, such as RH400 and EX8000
