Most chrome coatings demand exacting tolerances and finishes - Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc. can meet all of these requirements, providing value-added products for corrosion, wear and abrasion resistance. Hard chrome plating on new or worn parts improves wear characteristics and can provide corrosion protection. In addition, with chrome plating, nickel can be used for increased protection.
Plated and sprayed coatings, hydraulic services and technological innovations allow Inotec to design and produce both standard and customized product lines that meet Customers' specific application challenges.

Inotec can handle any chrome plating requirements for either inside or outside diameters. Inotec’s capacities allow for lengths of 45 feet with diameters of 40 inches, and weights up to 30,000 pounds.
Whether it’s the oil and gas industry, pulp and paper, power generation or heavy equipment industries, Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc. has the ability to perform on-site coating applications from our mobile field unit anywhere in North America.
Top quality coatings are applied daily to all types of oil and gas equipment - from down hole drilling tools to ball & gate valves - all for work in high corrosive and abrasive situations. Three of
the largest manufacturers of directional drilling equipment, as well as major oil sands operators and the Canada Research Council, work closely with Inotec to develop problem solving coating applications. Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc. works closely with a number of engineering and research firms in Edmonton and area to test and research new products. If a Customer has a problem with corrosion on a plated surface, Inotec will work closely with that Customer and research firms to find a solution to the problem.
Quality Control
Inotec is a quality driven organization using state-of-the-art equipment and inspection tooling to verify that all plated, metal spray coated surfaces and hydraulic services comply with Customer specifications and requirements. To demonstrate its' commitment to provide only the highest quality coatings, Inotec has an ongoing program to research and develop new and innovative methods & materials for metal electro-plating and metal spraying.
Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc.'s Quality Control department monitors the application and control of all the company's work, and quality assurance documentation is available for all services and/or product lines on a current or historical basis. We have a data bank of historical information to service any Customer requirements.
