Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc. hydraulic and valve repair department will supply the Customer with a turnkey product. Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc. can manufacture or repair all of your hydraulic cylinders.

Our plant encompasses 60,000 square feet, and the machining, chroming, honing, grinding and polishing capacities are as follows: |

Chroming capacity: 45 ft. length | |

All cylinders are tested extended and retracted using our hydraulic test bench during variable pressure settings and under specific operating pressures.
The Quality Control Department inspects all hydraulic repair, service, and manufactured products prior to final assembly to ensure that specifications are met. All parts requiring Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) are done in-house.
Hydraulic Cylinders and Suspension Struts
The following detail indicates the procedure that Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc. follows in the repair, servicing and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders.

Disassemble and inspect all hydraulic cylinders. With torque capabilities of 120,000 foot pounds and the ability to handle 240 mm gland nuts, disassembly of larger hydraulic components is achieved in-house. | |

A comprehensive inspection report (Magnetic Particle Inspection for cracks) is completed for every component and made avilable to the Customer upon request. | |

New seal kits are installed with the repair and servicing of all hydraulic components either OEM or jobber, per Customer instructions. | |

There are no surprises at Inotec - all requirements will be quoted before work begins. |
Machining
Inotec’s machine shop fully supports all of Inotec’s other facilities, allowing Inotec to control all facets of the work we perform.
Inotec can also grind outside and inside diameter parts to exacting Customer specifications. The honing of control valves, downhole drilling tool components and hydraulic cylinders is an important aspect of our service. Inotec’s chrome plating capacity allows for parts weighing 30,000 lbs. with lengths exceeding 40 feet, and our finishing equipment complements this capacity.
